Brick Breaker is a game developed and published by Ophiora Studio. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the information necessary to provide optional account and game progress functionality.

By using Brick Breaker, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

## 1. Information We Collect

Brick Breaker can be played without creating an account.

If you choose to create an account, we may collect:

- Your email address - Account authentication information necessary to access your account - Game progress associated with your account

The purpose of creating an account is to allow you to save your progress and continue playing from another device or after reinstalling the game.

Email verification is not currently required to create an account.

We do not intentionally collect information such as your name, physical address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone data through the core game functionality.

## 2. Guest Play

Creating an account is optional.

If you play without an account, game progress may be stored locally on your device. Locally stored progress may be lost if the game is deleted, its data is cleared, or the device is changed or reset.

## 3. Account and Saved Progress

If you create an account, your account information and game progress may be stored so that your progress can be restored when you sign in on another supported device.

This information is used only for providing account functionality, authentication, saving progress, restoring progress, and maintaining the operation and security of the service.

## 4. Passwords and Security

Account passwords should be handled through secure authentication mechanisms and should not be stored in readable plain-text form.

While we take reasonable measures to protect information associated with accounts, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

## 8. Account and Data Deletion

Users who create an account may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Brick Breaker will provide a method for initiating account deletion from within the game. Ophiora Studio will also provide an external web-based method for requesting account deletion.

Deleting an account will also delete the associated saved game progress and other data linked to that account, except for information that Ophiora Studio is legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.

Account deletion is permanent and saved progress may not be recoverable afterward.

## 9. Children's Privacy

Brick Breaker does not intentionally collect personal information from children beyond information required for optional account functionality.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in a manner that is not permitted under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact Ophiora Studio to request its deletion.

## 10. Game Permissions

Brick Breaker does not intentionally request access to sensitive device features or information unless such access is necessary for a specific game feature.
